Our minimum order quantities are straightforward: 1,000 pieces for custom woven labels and 100 pieces for custom zipper bags. Here is why these minimums exist and what your options are if you need fewer.
Why woven labels have a 1,000-piece minimum
Woven labels are produced on industrial looms that must be threaded and set up for your specific design, colors and size. That setup takes the same time whether we weave 100 labels or 10,000 — so below 1,000 pieces, the setup cost per label becomes uneconomical for both sides. At 1,000 pieces and above, you get true factory-direct pricing.
What about zipper bags?
Printed zipper bags are a different process with much lighter setup, which is why the minimum is only 100 pieces.
Need fewer than 1,000 labels?
If you are testing a new brand or need labels for a small batch, you have two practical paths:
- Start with the 1,000-piece run anyway. Most brands use them up faster than expected, and the per-label cost at MOQ is far lower than any small-batch alternative.
- Talk to us first. Contact us with your quantities — for special cases we can sometimes combine your order with a scheduled production run.
How ordering works
Choose your design method at Start Your Design — upload your artwork, use the online designer, or reorder a previous design. Production takes 2–3 working days after your design is approved, and delivery is 2–7 working days within Pakistan or 7–15 working days internationally.

Can I mix different designs within the 1,000-piece minimum?
Each unique design needs its own loom setup, so the 1,000-piece minimum applies per design. Two designs means 1,000 pieces of each.
Do I get a discount for larger quantities?
Yes — 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000-piece tiers are priced progressively lower per label. Request a quote and we will break it down.
How long does production take after I approve the design?
2–3 working days. Delivery within Pakistan adds 2–7 working days; international orders take 7–15 working days.
