How Custom Orders Work
- You send your design (logo/artwork) or ask our designers to create one — design support is free.
- We prepare a free digital proof showing your exact design, size, colours, and folding.
- You review and approve the proof in writing.
- Production starts only after your approval — 2–3 working days.
- Every piece is quality-checked, packed, and dispatched with tracking.
Minimum Order Quantities
- Woven Labels: 1,000 pcs minimum
- Zipper Bags: 100 pcs minimum
- Other products: minimums depend on the product and specification — ask us for a quote.
Artwork & Design Approval Responsibility
- You confirm that you own (or are licensed to use) every logo, artwork, and text you send us.
- We send a free digital proof before production. Check it carefully — spelling, size, colours, and placement. Production matches the approved proof exactly.
- Errors that were visible on the approved proof but approved anyway are the approver’s responsibility.
Proof Approval Before Production
No order goes into production without your explicit approval of the digital proof. If you request changes, we revise the proof free of charge until you are satisfied.
Production Timeline
Standard production is 2–3 working days after artwork/design approval. Larger or complex orders may take slightly longer — we always confirm the timeline with your quotation.
Defective / Wrong-Product Resolution
If your order arrives defective or different from the approved proof, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Confirmed faults are fixed by remake, replacement, or refund.
Change of Mind
Because every product is made specifically for your brand, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind after production has started.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Estimates
- Delivery across Pakistan: 2–7 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery: 7–15 working days after dispatch.
- Tracking is shared on dispatch. Courier or customs delays are outside our control, but we help you follow up.
Reorder Policy
We keep your approved design on file. Reorders skip the design/proof steps (unless you request changes), so repeat orders move faster. The same minimum quantities apply to reorders.
