Ordering custom labels from Label Hub takes four simple steps. No account needed, no confusing forms — just your design and your quantity.
Step 1: Share Your Design
Send your logo or artwork, or design it yourself with our online tools:
- Upload your design — send your existing logo file as it is.
- Design online — build your label with fonts, symbols and your logo, and preview it before ordering.
- Reorder — ordered before? Reorder the exact same design and keep your branding identical.

Step 2: Confirm Size, Type and Quantity
Tell us the label type (woven, satin, size & care, embroidered patch, paper hang tag), the size, and how many pieces you need.
- Woven labels: minimum order 1,000 pieces.
- Zipper bags: minimum order 100 pieces.
- Other products: ask us — minimums vary by product.
Step 3: Approve the Artwork
We prepare your design for production and show it to you for approval. Production only starts after you approve — so what you approve is exactly what gets made. Check spelling, size and colours carefully at this step.
Step 4: Production and Delivery
- Production: 2–3 working days after artwork approval.
- Delivery in Pakistan: 2–7 working days.
- International delivery: 7–15 working days.
