Orders
All orders placed with Label Hub are custom manufacturing orders. By submitting an order (through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Quotations
All quotations are provided based on the design, specifications, and quantities you share with us. A quotation is valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if you modify the design, specifications, or quantity after the quotation is issued — we will always confirm the revised price before production.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless agreed otherwise. The quoted price covers manufacturing as per the approved proof. Shipping charges are communicated separately and depend on destination and order size.
Customized Products
Every Label Hub product is manufactured specifically for your brand — your artwork, size, colours, and specifications. Because of this, customized products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind once production has started.
Artwork / Design Approval
We prepare a free digital proof of your design before production. Production starts only after your written approval of the proof. Please check spelling, size, colours, and placement carefully — production matches the approved proof exactly, and errors visible on an approved proof are the approver’s responsibility. Proof revisions are free until you are satisfied.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Woven Labels: 1,000 pcs minimum
- Zipper Bags: 100 pcs minimum
- Other products: minimums depend on the product and specification — confirmed in your quotation.
Payments
Payment terms are confirmed with your quotation. Production typically begins after advance payment is received. We accept bank transfer and other methods communicated at the time of order. Orders are dispatched after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production
Standard production time is 2–3 working days after artwork/proof approval. For large or complex orders, the confirmed timeline will be provided in your quotation and may be longer. Production timelines are working days and exclude public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
- Pakistan: 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- International: 7–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier.
Delivery estimates start from the dispatch date. A tracking number is shared on dispatch. Delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather, or force majeure are outside our control, but we will help you track and follow up.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund of any advance paid before production starts (before you approve the digital proof). Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Refunds
Because products are custom-made, refunds are limited to the following cases:
- Cancellation before production starts — full refund of advance paid.
- Confirmed defective or wrong products (see below) — remake, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Change of mind after production has started is not eligible for a refund.
Defective / Wrong Products
If your order arrives defective or different from the approved proof:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
- We verify the fault against your approved proof and production records.
- Confirmed faults are resolved by remake, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate artwork, text, sizes, and specifications.
- Carefully reviewing and approving the digital proof before production.
- Providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number.
- Ensuring you own (or are licensed to use) all logos, artwork, and text you send us.
Intellectual Property
You confirm that all designs, logos, and artwork you provide are your own or properly licensed, and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights. You agree to indemnify Label Hub against claims arising from artwork you supplied. Designs created by our team for your order are licensed to you for use on the ordered products.
Reorder Policy
We keep your approved designs on file. Reorders skip the design and proof steps (unless you request changes), so repeat orders move faster. The same minimum order quantities apply to reorders. Pricing for reorders is confirmed at the time of the repeat order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
